When I was 19 I classed myself as extremely ’skinny’ and at 9.5 stone felt very unconfident. I began my gym journey to build muscle and strength. I have adapted my training over the years to suit my needs and consider myself a hybrid in the way that I train.
I enjoy nothing more than achieving personal bests and building muscle but also remaining lean and athletic for sports such as football & for my image as a model/influencer. This is why I believe I have unique training and lifestyle tips to remain muscular yet athletic year round.
With all the knowledge & experience I’ve gained over the years I have no doubt I can help others to achieve & reach their goals.

I strongly recommend joining a gym to get the most out of the programme which is why free access to Paragon Gym Wolverhampton is granted with this programme. That having been said It’s not a must and you can still perform the majority of exercises with minimum equipment.
All Nutrition plans are customised specifically for your needs and can be altered any time during the programme if needed.
Of course not we all have to start somewhere! Helpful tutorial videos and 24:7 support will be available at all times. I’m here to help!
Plans are customised for each individual and can be altered to suit your needs at any time for any health related issues or conditions. As long as you got the all clear by your GP to exercise then you're good to go!
Weekly progress pictures are a good way to track your progression throughout the programme. ALL images are strictly confidential and will need consent from yourself to use for promotion or social media exposure.
